The Team
Teddy is a brave, funny and resilient little boy living with Moebius Syndrome. Although the condition brings challenges, Teddy continues to face the world with determination, curiosity and an incredible ability to bring happiness to everyone around him.
His emotions are expressed through his eyes, his body language, his voice and the special ways he connects with the people who know and love him.
Charlotte, known to Teddy as Char Char, is his carer, adventure companion and one of his biggest supporters. Their relationship is filled with laughter, trust, learning and unforgettable moments.
Through their TikTok videos and everyday adventures, Char Char is helping more people see Teddy for exactly who he is: a brilliant little boy with a huge personality and a life filled with possibility.

Moebius Syndrome is a rare neurological condition that is present from birth. It primarily affects the nerves controlling facial movement and side-to-side eye movement.
The condition can affect facial expressions such as smiling, frowning, blinking or raising the eyebrows.
Some people with Moebius Syndrome cannot move their eyes fully from side to side and may turn their head to follow objects.
The condition can also create challenges with feeding, swallowing, speech and control of the muscles around the mouth.
Moebius Syndrome affects every individual differently. A person's facial movement does not determine their emotions, personality or understanding.
Teddy feels happiness, excitement, love and every other emotion. He may simply express them differently.
